Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, perfume, damage, or wash marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is not available, we may offer store credit or another suitable option.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
